Let me introduce myself.
My name is Jenny and I love being creative. I am currently an elementary school teacher, and I could not have asked for a better career choice. I get to be around kids and be creative all day long. Food was not always my favorite creative outlet. I have also dabbled in painting, gardening, and even any DIY projects I can find time to try. I love having multiple hobbies.
I can't remember when I first started "playing with my food" but now it has become an obsession. I love the challenge of making my food look like an art project while still tasting good.
My theory is that if your food is looks good then you are more likely to try it, even if you might not be a fan of all the ingredients used. I recommend you try this out with picky eaters of all ages and watch them try food they never dreamed of actually enjoying!
